Debbie Grayston is passionate about helping young people after losing her 29-year-old son to suicide in 2013. Debbie retired from her career as a hospital Registered Dietitian in 2017. Since her retirement, she has been an educator for NAMI Orange County and has participated as a counselor for Camp Erin, a camp to help grieving children. She has been active in an Al-Anon Parent Group for the past 7 years. Debbie brings her personal story to the With Hope Foundation program and hopes to help others open up and connect to help end the stigma and the pain of this difficult life journey.

With Hope, the Amber Craig Memorial Foundation is dedicated to suicide prevention through mental health awareness and education in our schools and throughout our communities.
